Crystal Bridge Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to restoring nervous system resilience in underserved communities.

We provide trauma-informed somatic programs serving women, children, and families in Orange County, California. Our work supports emotional regulation, stress recovery, and embodied well-being through evidence-based and integrative approaches.

We believe that when the nervous system is supported, individuals regain clarity, stability, and the capacity to thrive. By addressing stress and trauma at the physiological level, we strengthen families and communities from the inside out.
